ADMIN & HR ASSISTANT

We are looking for an organized and motivated assistant to provide support for  the CEO and the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening, digitization, management of physical mail and electronic filing;
  • Answering and dispatching phone calls;
  • Establishment of invoices and management of the follow-up of invoices issued;
  • Digitalization and follow-up of supplier invoices;
  • Controlling office expenses and expense reports;
  • Entering payments, tracking bank account, performing reconciliation;
  • Management of human resources files;
  • Follow-up of social charges employees’ listing (AVS, LPP, etc.);
  • Preparation of forms required by municipal, cantonal and federal administrations;
  • Ensure effective communication with team members and clients;
  • Internal promotion of sustainable development.

Your skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Economics;
  • Fully proficient in business English and French (German a plus);
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office);
  • Confident with using modern technologies;
  • Autonomous, with initiative;
  • An outstanding customer-service attitude and a constant desire to learn;
  • Knowledge of IT sector a plus;
  • Previous experience in executive assistance a plus;
  • Knowledge of an ERP a plus.
